Four of Breffni projects show the range of what we build across Western Australia: a quick service restaurant at Curtin University, a regional supermarket in Perenjori, a large-format showroom in Joondalup and a custom family home.
Each project had a different client, setting and set of challenges. What they share is how they were delivered: careful planning, strong safety and quality systems, and clear communication from the first conversation to handover.
GYG Curtin: a fast-paced QSR build
Quick service restaurants run to tight programs, and this one was no exception. At Curtin University we delivered a new GYG restaurant that needed to open on time, look sharp and stand up to constant foot traffic.
Efficient programming kept trades moving in the right order. Close attention to finishes and detail meant the restaurant opened ready for a busy university crowd.
Perenjori Supermarket: essential retail for a regional community
In a small Mid West town, the local supermarket is essential infrastructure. Our Perenjori build gave the community a modern, purpose-built store designed for everyday use.
The scope included a dedicated loading bay for deliveries, integrated services and new pedestrian walkways around the site. Building in regional WA brings its own logistics, and planning for them early kept the project on track.

Beaumont Tiles, Joondalup: a showroom built to impress
Large-format retail has to work hard. The Beaumont Tiles showroom in Joondalup needed to be durable enough for heavy daily use and striking enough to sell a premium product.
We delivered a modern showroom built for durability, visual impact and a premium customer experience, from the timber-battened reception to the display areas.

Marri Rd.: a custom contemporary home
Our commercial experience carries over into residential work. At Marri Rd. we built a custom contemporary home that blends modern architecture with functional, elegant living.
We managed the project from concept to completion, bringing the same planning and quality control we use on commercial sites to a family home.
